Paying course fees by bank transfer
Course fees can be paid at the office or by direct bank transfer. Follow the steps below so we can match your payment to your child's enrolment.
Get the bank transfer form
Our account details are on the enrolment & bank transfer form. Contact the office and we'll send it to you, or collect a copy at reception.
Request the form by emailUse the correct payment reference
When transferring, include your child's full name and year level as the payment reference (for example, JIWOO KIM Y5). Without a reference we can't match the payment to your enrolment.
Confirm your payment
After transferring, email the receipt (or a screenshot) to the office with your child's name and course. We'll confirm your enrolment once the payment is received.
Email payment confirmationPlease note: transfers can take 1–2 business days to appear. If you need same-day confirmation, please pay at the office during opening hours or call 9868 7888.
